If you are still experiencing issues with your remote, there are several replacements options.
Buy & Program it Yourself
Purchase from DIRECTV: You can order a replacement through DirecTV; their usual shipment time is one week. Visit this article and click “Go to the Remotes page to get started” to place your order. You will need to sign in to your DIRECTV account so have your credentials handy.
Or purchase from a major retailer: You can purchase a remote directly from many major electronic retailers. If you have a Genie receiver, you will need a Genie remote (RC73). If you do not have a Genie receiver, you will need a Universal remote (RC66).
