FIND YOUR MAC ADDRESS

Select which type of device you are trying to locate the MAC Address on:

Television

Computer

Mobile Device

Gaming Console

Television

Apple TV

  1. To figure out the MAC address of your Apple TV, start at the main menu.
  2. Select Settings, then select About.
  3. Scroll down and look for Wireless ID or Ethernet ID, depending on the connection you are using.
  4. You can also find these values on the UPC sticker on your Apple TV

Google Chromecast

  1. Start by opening the Chromecast app on your computer.
  2. If your computer is already connected to your Chromcast, click on the settings button.
  3. The MAC address will be in the lower left corner of the settings page.
  4. If your computer is not connected to your Chromecast, go through the setup screens.
  5. The setup page where you choose the wireless network will contain the MAC address in the lower left corner.
  6. Please note, that after you add the MAC address of your Chromecast to your account, you will need to power cycle your Chromecast and re-open the Chromecast app.

Amazon Fire/TV Stick

  1. From the Home screen, scroll down, click on Settings.
  2. Scroll right, click on System.
  3. Click on the About option.
  4. Arrow to Network, the MAC address will be listed on this page.

Roku Player

  1. From the Home screen, select Settings.
  2. Next select Player Info, the MAC address will be listed on this page.
  3. This information is also listed on the back of your Roku player.

Computer

Windows

  1. Click on the search bar of your computer Search for Command Prompt and open the application
  2. Type in “ipconfig /all” and press enter
  3. Look for the heading “Wireless LAN adapter Wi-Fi:”
  4. Your MAC address will be listed under here as Physical Address.

Mac

  1. Go to the Apple menu and select System Settings.
  2. Click on the Network icon.
  3. On the left side, click once on Wi-Fi to select it.
  4. On the right side, nearer to the bottom, click on the Advanced button.
  5. On the window that appears, look for Wi-Fi Address near the bottom. The Wi-Fi Address is your mac address.
  6. Click on Cancel. Close the window by click on the red dot in the upper left corner of the window.

Mobile Device

Android

  1. Navigate to the Home screen and press Menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Scroll down and tap About phone.
  4. Tap Status.
  5. Scroll down to view the Wi-Fi MAC address.

Apple/ IOS

  1. To find the MAC address of your iOS device navigate to the Home screen.
  2. Select Settings, General, and then About.
  3. Scroll down and look for Wi-Fi Address, that is the MAC address.

Gaming Console

Xbox One

  1. From the main Xbox One homepage, select My Games & Apps.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Network.
  4. Select Advanced Settings.
  5. Your MAC address will be listed on this page.

Xbox 360

  1. Select My Xbox.
  2. Select System Settings.
  3. Select Network Settings.
  4. Select Configure Network.
  5. Select Advanced Settings from the Additional Settings tab.
  6. Select Alternate MAC Address.
  7. Your MAC address will be listed on this page.

Playstation 5

  1. Start up your PlayStation 5 without a disk in the drive.
  2. On the home screen, click on the settings icon (gear) in the top-right corner.
  3. Select “System”.
  4. Under System Software, select Console Information.
  5. You will see the MAC addresses for LAN (Ethernet) and Wi-Fi.

Playstation 4

  1. Select Settings.
  2. Select System.
  3. Select System Information.
  4. Your MAC address will be listed on this page.

Nintendo Switch

  1. Select “System Settings” from the HOME Menu.
  2. Scroll down through the menu and select “Internet.”
  3. The Nintendo Switch console’s MAC address will be listed under “System MAC Address.”.

3DSXL, 3DS, 2DS

  1. Select System Settings.
  2. Select Internet Settings.
  3. Select Other Information.
  4. Select Confirm MAC address.
  5. Your MAC address will be listed on this page.
