Who is eligible?
Referral credit offer available to current BAI Connect customers. Customer must complete the online referral form in order be eligible for the credit. The Referral must reside in a BAI Connect serviceable residence, not currently subscribe to any BAI Connect services, cannot reside in an active BAI Connect customer’s address, and cannot reside in any address where there is a bulk billing arrangement. Any new customers whom you refer must sign up for BAI Connect service within 30-days of the referral submission. Former customers whose service has been disconnected for less than 90-days, or who have back balances outstanding, will not qualify for the referral credit. Referring or referred customer cannot be a BAI Connect Employee.
Are there any limitations to my getting a month free?
Yes. You need to be a current customer in good standing (i.e., no past due balances) with BAI Connect at both the time of referral and when the referral is ready to post to your account. The referral is not valid if it is received after the prospective customer has placed an order with BAI Connect and is awaiting installation.

The month free only covers 1 month of Internet service. The refferal must pay the install fee when they are set up.

How will my referral be contacted?
A BAI Connect Sales Representative will contact your referral at the phone number you provide.
Will I be contacted with a status of my free month?

Yes, after the referral is submitted, BAI Connect will respond to you via email letting you know the status of the referral. If you would like to inquire about the status of your free month, you will need to call 833-889-2626.

I submitted a referral credit for my neighbor, they signed up for service, but I never got my free month?

You will need to call 833-889-2626 to verify your eligibility of the credit.
