Jeff V. was amazing! He actually showed up earlier than my appointment time and got everything set up incredibly fast. Super clean, respectful, and thoughtful the whole time. He made changing my WiFi name and password feel effortless, and he didn’t leave until he made sure everything was working perfectly. He even took the time to explain that there’s a charge for service visits if you’re on the $10 monthly plan—something no one else ever mentioned. Truly above and beyond. Great guy and a total professional. Highly recommend!

I wasn’t able to be home during the appointment, but he communicated directly with the apartment management, got access to the unit, and completed the setup smoothly.
