He troubleshot the issue beyond what was required, cleaned up the prior installer's messy job, explained the technology and hardware,(even issues that were not Bel Air's), understood the peculiarities of my building so as to make sure the installation would be trouble free and reliable. Yusef was phenomenal with support over the phone, and was able to schedule a remote service activation for me super quickly. They make it really easy to transfer service if you move apartments too. I've been using BAI internet for over 5 years now and have never had outages that lasted more than a minute or so. Can't recommend them enough.
