After dealing with ongoing Wi-Fi issues, he came over and immediately took the time to thoroughly diagnose what was going on and clearly explain the root of the problem in a way that actually made sense. He didn’t rush the visit at all and walked me through multiple options to fix the issue, including preventative solutions to avoid future problems.

So far I have not been disappointed with the speed and reliability. Jeff V installed my fiber internet today and he was fantastic!! Super friendly, professional, and clearly experienced--he was thorough and did a ton of troubleshooting to make sure the setup went smoothly. He even discovered a damaged wire in one of my walls and went above and beyond to get everything working through another cable port.

He was incredibly patient while I shifted things around so he could reach the panel in my closet, and he also helped me update my SSID and password, which I really appreciated! Did a wifi speed test right after and it matched the target right off the bat!

Highly recommend Bai Connect/Zentro--their value for the speeds totally beat out AT&T/Spectrum (not to mention headache-free!)--and I'm super happy with Jeff's excellent service! 💪🔥

Jeff V. was amazing! He actually showed up earlier than my appointment time and got everything set up incredibly fast. Super clean, respectful, and thoughtful the whole time. He made changing my WiFi name and password feel effortless, and he didn’t leave until he made sure everything was working perfectly. He even took the time to explain that there’s a charge for service visits if you’re on the $10 monthly plan—something no one else ever mentioned. Truly above and beyond. Great guy and a total professional. Highly recommend!

The morning after I scheduled the setup, technician Andrew M. arrived right on time. I wasn’t able to be home during the appointment, but he communicated directly with the apartment management, got access to the unit, and completed the setup smoothly. He also kept me updated and explained everything kindly and clearly.

It was such a relief to have someone so professional and helpful.
