What are next steps?

You will receive an email confirmation email when you submit your cancellation form, above. A BAI Connect Sales Representative may reach out to collect further information if possible.

Will I get a refund?

BAI Connect services are charged monthly. There is no proration or refund for partial months of service as outlined in our terms of service.

Is there an additional step to cancel DirecTV service?

In addition to letting us know with the form above, you will also need to contact DIRECTV directly at 1-800-531-5000 to cancel. While BAI manages the service relationship, your billing relationship is directly with DIRECTV.
