As a current property manager, our property uses the rover managed WiFi which has been great throughout my time. It was intuitive and simple to use with their portal. Regardless, their residential account manager, Marlen Flores, did an onsite visit in case there was anything I did not know. They were friendly and easy to reach out to. They taught me a lot of extra details that I did not realize which was insightful.

Andrew and Jeff were great. Andrew the lead man, was knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, and professional. He troubleshot the issue beyond what was required, cleaned up the prior installer's messy job, explained the technology and hardware,(even issues that were not Bel Air's), understood the peculiarities of my building so as to make sure the installation would be trouble free and reliable. I would consider him a valued representative of your company.

Yusef was phenomenal with support over the phone, and was able to schedule a remote service activation for me super quickly. They make it really easy to transfer service if you move apartments too. I've been using BAI internet for over 5 years now and have never had outages that lasted more than a minute or so. Can't recommend them enough.
