Installation was so quick and painless! My tech - Juan Aguilar was very friendly and got it all done in less than an hour which is a big deal for me since I’m still in the process of moving. He called 30 mins before coming to my new apartment which helped plan my moving day out much easier. I've just started using the service but so far am really pleased. Speed of the service is fantastic and prices are reasonable. Juan Aguilar who installed the service was kind and quick with the whole process, it was completed way faster than expected. If you get the chance to use them I'd highly recommend it.

Miguel from BAI Tech installed my equipment super quick! Since he crossed the door he had a big smile on his face, During the installation process he guide me through every move he was doing, asking me questions to make my experience better. He installed the router pretty fast and run the necessary tests in order to have it ready. Also, he helped me download the EERO App and took me through all the options that I have in the app, like how to change my network name and run speed tests. This took him less than 20 minutes, he definitely made this easy for me. Thanks Miguel!

Service was great, Miguel was very kind and respectful. He helped accommodate my requests and when the panel was behind heavy furniture, he even helped me push it aside and back to its original place.
